One of my best friends fractured her foot, and she doesn't know what to do!. Please help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

She should not walk on her foot (go on crutches) until it is healed!. Also, if it is swollen she should ice it!. Did a doctor tell her it was fractured!? If so, what did the doctor tell her to do!? Basically, it will heal in time!. She can't speed up the process!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
How does she know she fractured it!? Surely she'd have gone to hospital; who would have then told her what to do!.
