Question: What questions should I expect for my ambulance driver test!?

Every state, and county for that matter, is different!. I would imagine you'll have questions such as this:
Can you run a red light with your emergency lights on!? That is actually no!.!.!.!.!.!.I've been taught that you come to a complete stop at red lights!.!.!.!.!.!.make sure you're using your siren!.!.!.!.then proceed slowly after it's safe to do so!.
Some state and or counties have a speed limit on what vehicle that are running code (with emergency lights and siren) can travel!. In Louisiana, that is usually around 10 miles over the posted speed limit!. As I said earlier, each state and county could be different!.
The following distances should be a minimum of 4 to 6 seconds from the vehicle in front of you!. An ambulance is much more heavier than a regular car, there for it takes a longer distance to stop!. Your stops should also be anticipated!.!.!.!.start slowing down early!. The key to things are to try to give the patient the best ride possible!. Go around corners slow!.!.!.!.!.accelerate and brake slowly!.
If you reach an intersection, and another emergency vehicle is reaching that intersection!.!.!.all with their lights and sirens on!.!.!.!.!.!.!.the vehicle on the right should have the right of way!.!.!.!.!.but again, make sure you come to a complete stop before!.
For safety reasons, when you back up, you should have a spotter, someone directing you!.!.!.!.!.too many blind spots in the rear of an ambulance!.
