What!

Question: What
Answers:
Use ace bandage wrap to support the joint every now and than as you run, this will also prevent injuies!.

Always stretch every part of you're body concentrating on the muscle groups you just worked out (hamstrings, quadricepts, glutes, ankles calves)

Take calcium/magnesium for you're bones and muscle nutrition!.

When you are not running use a heat pack to increase circulation around the knee joint area!. Ice will slow circulation

Also get massaged to increase relaxation in the the muscles and push out any lactic acid (which causes the soreness) you are also rejuvenating you're cells as well!.

Watch you're posture as you run and check in with you're other muscles make sure they remain flexable!.in you're body because if you are out of balance that may change you're posture forcing you to run in a way that you are not comfortable in and may cause injury!.

Hopefully this will help!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I am 40 years older than you and have been through the bad, painful knee problems for many years!.

You are very smart to consider these problems ahead of time!.

These are things that made mine normal again!. Ibuprofen works on inflammation and swelling!. So it might be wise to take 2 day for avoiding those two problems!.

Should they start to get bad (and this completely healing mine) Use the steel hinged braces at home to keep your body weight off the knee joint and allow it to rest!. The compression of the knee tissue and cartilage causes it to inflame and swell, making them so painful!.

The type brace I mean is about $60 to 70 dollars!. BUT, they totally healed mine in less than a month!. And mine were so bad they would not carry my body weight in any bent position!.

These braces are the ones the close with Velcro above and below the knee joint!. That takes your weight off the actual joint!.

Good luck and keep taking care of those knees!. These two things allowed mine to heal about 6 years ago and have stayed 98 percent perfect ever since!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
