Maria, pl see what suits you!.
If you are in cold country use all warm things!.
Pl try cold water bath and observe if in hot country, if pain increases use warm!.
If you have cough/cold body hot water bath will help!.
Massage and exercise in front of morning sun is good thing, pl try!.
Pl try simple acupressure given below for immediate relief!.
If it fails you will have to go for Acupuncture!.
There is hardly any medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE!. Not only these but for RA, OA, Back ache, Ear ache/ringing, Stomach ache and almost all painful diseases!. Hence they become chronic!.
Acidity, WORRY, sadness, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, stress, bad smell, TV & COMPUTER SOMETIMES, Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy, BODY CONSTITUTION etc are their causes!.

If it is acute pl search a painful point (with round tipped pen/jimmy) 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds!.
For forehead/eye pain the points are in front of nails on the finger tips or 3-7 mm below!.
It may disappear naturally too!.

after you have tried tylenol and drink plenty of water see if that helps if not seek medical attention it could be a migrain have you banged your head at all!? This is so important to have checked by your doctor headaches can mean so many things like migrains,dehydration,allergies!.to more serious things like infections and so on!. many of us treat symptons at home yet it could be more serious and we mask the symptons I know it is a nuissance but get it checked even if its for a peace of mindWww@Answer-Health@Com
its probly a tension headache, i get them a lot, just dont stress so much if you do stress, get a lot of sleep and drink water, you could be dehydrated!. and yeah motrin and advil always work the best for me!. thers this medicine you can get frommexico clled, welli cant remember but yeah it works goodWww@Answer-Health@Com
I get headaches often!. Usually it's from stress/tension!. I put a cold rag/compress/bottled water, frozen vege's (whatever) over my eyes; forehead; temple area!. Sometimes I'll put it at the base of my head (the upper neck area) behind my ears!. This helps the blood vessels to detract to release the pressure!. Of course I also take about 4 of advil,aleve,tylenol, or whatever I have before I do this!. Stay in a dark area with no sounds/light!. It is unsafe for anyone to assume that your headache is benign, if it has been present for several days you need to drop by your GP and get a few routine checks, including your blood pressure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
A stinging headache should be checked by a doctor!. In the meantime i would use simple paracetamol until you see him/her!. I work in a pharmacy and have never heard a headache described as stinging!! It worries me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you have tried all possible remedies ie ibruprofen,co-codamol etc!. Then maybe either consider making an appointment for an eye test as you may need glasses(happened with me) or make an appointment at your doctor's especially if you have had it constant for a few day's!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
take Advil gel caps (3) then rest on a reclined chair like 70 degrees(allows your body to settle at a certain hie gt) Then rest for 1/2 hour then take another!. Get into the shower then take a nap when yu are done!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it's a sinus headache take some Advil Sinus
Or just take plan old Excedrin, that helps me!. Lay down and take a 20 minute snooze!.
