The sciatic nerve runs from the lower back down the thigh and to the knee!. The pressure on the nerve can make the pain fell like it is in your thigh but it is in your back!. I suugest getting to a neurologist/neurosurgeon to have this corrected or you will have this forever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
