one of the hardest things on me was watching television as for the quit smoking commercials always set my attitude off wanting the smoke!.!.!.!.actually when i did smoke, these commercials reminded me to lite up, not just its' time to quit!.even just normal shopping, i would see quit smoking signs, the patch, the gum!.!.!.lol it made me remember i wanted that nicotine which went to" wow, i wish i had a smoke!.)!.lol,there were reminders everywhere!. i wouldnt watch television programs, i watched movies or friends helped record certain programs editing the commercials out!.!.great friends!!! !.!.after 3 weeks i was over it, i could even be around the smell and not crave it!. i quit cold turkey with rewarding myself on paydays of shopping with the money i saved!. and after the end of the second month i was saving the money i was smoking away!.!.!.it sure added up quick!.already i was planning on evestments a year down the road with my savings, !.!.guess what !? i got what i was after!.!. years end !.!.!. lol!. i put it to work!. why not!? i was burning it away, now i am putting it to work(!.p!.s!.!.down payment on house!.)!.!. thinking and plannig kept my positive attitude and of smoking!. keeping your hands busy is a big help so have your partner close by lol!.!.nothing like lots of lovin when quitting!.!. i quit with a possitive atitude and succeeded!.!.!.you can too!.!.we all have our own personalities and know ourselves well, it is you that is in control!. get some healthy drinkls and munchies, just watch you dont form another health risk!. excercise!.!.enjoy yourself!.!.dont feel sorry for yourself!.!.talk about to your friends, they will get your mind away from it!. !.!.get cheesed off at the tobacco for taking control of you!.!. in a relationship, do you like a control freak!? and let them away with it!? then why let the smokes be a control freak if you dont like being controled!. do it and succeed, enjoy your future!. power to you all stopping and you yourself do have the power !. go for it!!!!!! tomWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you're well motivated to quit, one help could be given by seeing pictures of the effects of smoke, like lung cancer, esophagus, trachea cancer, enphisema and so on!.
i think it can sometimes give the psychological "boost" that mayve is missing; also specific readings about the effects of smokeing on circulatory, respiratory, nervous system, and of the incoming problem that occur when you become old!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Aside from using a nicotine patch/gum, many people find their selves fighting the habit rather than the addiction!. When I quit I would sometimes chew on a straw or eat a sucker!. This will help with breaking the habit, which for many is the hardest part to kick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make another output like going to the gym, work out or focus yourself to other interest!. Try something that you have never tried before, go to extreme sports!. Sure Adrenaline rush can overcome your addiction from smoking!. You could also try Nicorette gums!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
