it has nothing to do with your height, it varies between people!.

some ppl might say u should get 8-10, but im thirteen and i get 7 hrs a night and im perfectly healthy so prob!. about 7-11 hrs of sleep cuz u need to sleep in every now and then!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
