I have been very tired today, not due to lack of sleep!. It comes over me in waves, I can hardly keep my eyes open when it happens (couple of times a day), and also I have a horrid aching pain in my hands which comes and goes too!. It really hurts!. It doesn't feel like muscle pain though!. It is sharper!. Had dizzy spells and nausea too!. Went to see the doc 2 months ago with it and he said it is PMS!. But that doesn't figure as I have been recording my cycles, it only happens a couple of times a month but it is bad when it does!. Please help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
