Sharp pain in the side of my left hand?!
Question: Sharp pain in the side of my left hand!?
Earlier I was typing and and my hand was fine!. Then I picked up my coke, took a drink, and set it back down!. It was hard to type and I could barely bend my hand!. When I tried to bend my hand left it had very sharp pains shooting through the left side of it!. The pain is from the top of wrist to the start of the pinky!. Anyone know what this could be!? Minor nerve irritation!? Muscle fatigue in the hand!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am quite certain that this is ulnar tunnel syndrome!. You should feel better if you support your hand on a pillow while typing and do extension exercises with your left hand!. A sure way to get it to heal faster would be to visit a chiropractor who does extermity adjusting work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
