Question: Why do my gums hurt so bad after I run, or exert myself!?
It's always done it!.!.!.!.!.and it doesn't go away immediatly!.
WHY is this!?!?
I have healthy teeth AND gums!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because when you run you clench your teeth! Therefore you have to learn to relax as you run and that alone will improve your performance!. Best of LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

That means your gums are not as clean as you are thinking!.
