It sounds like you may have torn your ACL, the anterior cruciate ligament!. This is the tendon that controls the forward motion of your knee!. You need to stop skating immediately, and see a doctor!. Ice will help reduce the pain and any swelling but you need to give it time to heal!.

I've posted a couple of links to information about knee injuries!. Don't put off getting this taken care of any longer, or you risk permanent damage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

looks like you hyperextended your knee!. There is a very good chance that you tore your acl or pcl!. I would go to the doctor asap and get an mri!. for the time being ice for about 15-20 minutes about 5-7 times a day!. Put an ace bandage on it, elevate it, use crutches, and rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be a deep knee bruise or torn ligaments!. I would go to the doctor asap!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well ice it for about 3 days and if it doesn't get better you got to see a doctor

Also pretty obvious but im going to mention it anyway stay off the kneeWww@Answer-Health@Com
