Painful twitching on the top of my left foot?!
Question: Painful twitching on the top of my left foot!?
I have a job where I sit all day, and when I get a break, I'm always walking around and trying to get circulation going!.
When I sit, the top of my foot feels like it's falling asleep and it twitches uncontrollably!. And when I reach to massage it, the twitching goes away!.
Sometimes, the pain actually travels up my leg to my knee!.
I drink lots of water, and I get my potassium daily!. Is there anything else that you can recommend for me to do while I'm here at work!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could be a circulation problem !. !. !.why not tell the boss to check into one of those funny looking ergonomically correct chairs!.!.!.the better u feel, the better u work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
