Go to your nearest hospital mate, you've hurt yourself real bad and have not realised it! It sounds to me as if you've cracked your cheek-bone love!? The sweling will hide all kinds of nastiness but you serioulsy need an x-ray love coz you've cracked either your eye socket or your cheek-bone!!! The cheek-bone is my point and i'm ex-ambulance babe!? Take yourself there NOW or get a taxi or call an ambulance - your call chicken!!! Best of luck to you mate, don't take any painkillers before you go to the hospital because you're gonna have to be put to sleep for the op, sorry kid! They'll make you beautiful again no worries!!! Your cheek bone is def broken though, given the noted swelling and bruising, please do not ignore it, nor should you ignore any advice given here!
