First take a cold shower!.Next put either Noxema or Aloe on it!.At first it stings but it will stop eventually!.

Drink water and herbal, white and green teas!.
Use Aloe Vera on your skin, has plenty of Vitamin E and Antioxidants!. It can dry out a little after so reaply and use moisturisers they are good!.

I have always heard to put some vinegar on it!. It is supposed to take the sting out!.
