Answers:
I usually take Melatonin!. It's a hormone that's released by your body naturally to help regulate sleep and wake cycles!. Your body releases natural melatonin in accordance with what time of day it is (ie: how much light you're getting)!. OTC Melatonin works in much the same way, except of course that it's taken in pill form!. It can actually help your body re-adjust to releasing it's own melatonin at the time that you take the pill (making it extremely helpful for jet-lag)!. The pill form is supposed to be non-addictive, but I have a friend who now cannot sleep without it (although she's been taking it consistently for years)!. I would try to make sure you us the smallest effective dose and only take it until your body re-adjusts to your new sleeping schedule!.

Try drinking milk or eating rice before going to bed, both contain melatonin, a natural sleeping aid, which help you sleep better!. From http://nosleep!.inWww@Answer-Health@Com

I take a small amount of Benadryl liquid!. Usually 12!.5mg will do it for me and I don't feel hung over when I wake up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
