Night owl...how can I go to an early bird?!


Question: Night owl!.!.!.how can I go to an early bird!?
I love staying up late at night, around 1 in the morning, and then I'm tired in the morning, but sleeping in wastes my day! It's so hard to go to bed early enough, and I don't think I'd be able to sleep!. What could I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

OKay tonight stay up as ussually do but wake up at when ever yhou want to in the morning like 7 am or 8 am you will be tired all day but then at like 10 pm or 9 pm you will go to bed and wake up at 7 then you will be used to going to bed early and waking up early!.

***************so go to bed when u ussaly do and wake up at the time you want to get used to like 8 am then stay awake all day and by 9 you will go to bed cuz your soo tired then the next day you can change it to 10 pm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's what I do also!. I'm trying to get up earlier also so I just have some goals to do in the morning that helps get me up!. I usually plan a morning run, and that can tire me out so I can go to sleep earlier!. You can try starting slowly starting to wake up earlier each week and also try slowly trying going to bed earlier!. Don't eat any sugary stuff before you go to bed and I'd try avoiding taking long naps because later on you'll just find yourself not tired!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i read that if you have trouble sleeping
first if you want to go to bed around 9 or 10 then start getting ready for bed areound 8 30 that way your relaxing and then lay in bed and read or watch tv
and i also read that you shouldnt eat write before you want to go to bed
and drink tea, it helps calm the body

hope i helped because i usually stay up late too and its really hard for me to sleep sometimes and if i dont do the other stuff then i just watch tv until i get really tired ahahah

Get a job or some sort of responsibility in the morning!. I'm the same way, I'd usually stay up til 4 or 5 am and sleep in really late and waste my day!. But now that I've got a job where I have to wake up at the same time most mornings, my body is doing a lot better!. I naturally get tired around a good time for me to go to bed, and I wake up nice and early even on days I don't have to work!. As annoying as it may be, you're body loves routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Time -- this won't be an !.!.!. overnight process!. You'll have to gradually work your way back to a "normal" schedule!.

Exercise -- Make sure you're getting some cardiovascular workout every day; that really helps in getting some better sleep!.

Food -- Don't eat much in the final four hours before you go to bed, although bananas are reportedly helpful for causing a good night's sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I am both!.!.!. I stay up til between 12-1 AM and get up at 5AM!. Sometimes I take a nap during the day, but overall I'm pretty well rested!.!.!.!.I've just gotten used to it!. Start setting your alarm for 5 or 6 and GET UP no matter what!.!.!.pop caffiene pills if needed!. Do that for a few days and you will either start falling asleep earlier or end up like me, not needing much sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go to sleep a little earlier each time and set your alarm clock for the time you want to wake up, like say you wanted to get up around 8:30!. then you will set your alarm for that time and you will eventually get used to it and will start doing that without an alarmWww@Answer-Health@Com
