You get a pair of sharp scissors (or knife) and stab it straight down on the part of your wrist where you can feel those two small, narrow tube like things!. Once you stab it into one of those, you pull up and tear right through it!. Then you will bleed to death!. People seem to think that just scratching your wrist will make you bleed to death, but that's not true!. And by the way, why are you asking this question!? I hope you don't plan on killing yourself because I had a friend who killed herself a year ago and it still haunts me and I know her family has gotten really messed up since her death as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
