I think the best thing to do is to lie on your bed watching a dvd with a hot water bottle and your warm quilt :)
I get bad pains and that's what I usually do, also painkillers such as paracetamol are good, or even ones specially for period pain!. If they are really bad why not ask your mum to take you to the doctors, depending on your age they might be able to put you on the pill to lighten your flow and take off the pain, hope it helps :) xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

I have found that walking around gets rid of them for me!. Sitting/lying down makes it worse, so I do a bit of housework or go shopping! Painkillers are good if they are extra bad, as others have said, buy ones specifically for period pain!. We are all in it together babe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You will really think I am crazy when I tell you this, but my sons fiance has the same problem, and I told her to put a towel in the dryer and get it pretty warm!. She took some Midol, and layed down with the warm towel over her abdomen and said it really helped!. Between both of them, she said the cramping went away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lie down on a bed or something on my back , and keep my legs elevated from my body , by putting my feet on a pillow,
It helps trust me !.
And watch tv or something ,

Go to the store and get an over the counter medicine especially made for treating period cramps!. (There are a lot of different options!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
