There are also antisceptic sprays you can buy!.
It sounds like you have Strep Throat!. You need to see a Dr!. to get rid of it Most people get it at least once!. Go to the Dr!. before it gets like mine did!. Trust me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That happens to me almost once every 3years or so!. When it happens, it lasts for 3-7 days or so!. I try to keep it moist by drinking warm water (it hurts though) & go to doctor cause it means you have air born infection/virus!.
I don't eat anything cause even swallowing saliva hurts sooo bad & I have chronic headaches because of that!
How can you eat anything when it hurts so bad!?
