Question: Anybody know of any free relaxation guides I can download!?

I am not a good sleeper and I have thought about trying one of these CD's at night!.

Does anybody know where I can download such material (even Trial) for free, or can a CD be recommended!?

know a few relaxation techniques!. i recommend a web page on the the actors studio site!. its part of the module that actors use when they prepare for a role!. if you follow the the module marked relaxation- ithink you may find it beneficial!. it helps you explore the tension in the body and helps you let it go!. i hope this will work for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
