Please help me, i cant sleep?!


Question: Please help me, i cant sleep!?
i had been sleeping at 3 in the morning for the past 5 weeks, im 15 and im still schooling, so its like 3 i go to bed, 6!.30 i get up and go to school!. 2 oclock i come home, and i use the computer(not an addict but i like to surf the net and play games) and i play the whole day untill 3 again and i go to bed!. it seems that i can only sleep at 2-3, anytime before that when i lie in my bed, it takes me 30-50 mins to sleep!.

i dont feel sleepy at all, but after 2 weeks i cant stay awak for more than 10 mins, but i cant sleep continuosly, instead i keep waking up after every 10 mins, happens alot in school too!. im too afraid to go to a doctor because im scared he would place me in the hospital!.

oh and btw, its like 2!.18 when im writing this, i cant sleep at all, any other way but not going to the doctor!?

btw im 1!.78m tall and i weigh around 55kg, i used to go to the gym every monday, wedsday and friday but i cat go now because i dont have the enegery!.!.!.!. help me please!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you might be overstressed!.
When you're up until 3, you're not actually trying to sleep!? You're on the computer or something!? I know how you feel!. The same thing happened to me for a few months!. What you have to do (or what I did) is not stay up late on the weekends, like a lot of people our age do!. (I'm almost 15) Go to bed at like 1 on the weekends!. It's still late, but compared to what you're used to, it's early!. On the weekdays, be in bed by 11!.

Even if you're not trying to sleep!. Watch a movie or TV or something, but just get your body used to calming down at that time!. And once you're getting to sleep at those times, move it down!. Instead of 1 on weekends, 12 on weekends!. Instead of 11 on weekdays, 10!. Also, do you have more responsibilities that you can handle!?

When that happened to me, it was because I was stressed about school and home life, my grandfather was dying, things were just really hectic!.

Whatever the problem is, take things one step at a time, and try not to think about not being able to sleep!. Do something physically challenging during the day, playing a sport, whatever!. So that you're wore out at night!.

I would talk to someone about it!. A psychiatrist, a doctor!. Insomnia is common; they're not gonna do surgery on you or anything!. The doctor would probably give you a prescription!.!.!.Good luck, hope I helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
