Stretching the achilles tendon?!

Question: Stretching the achilles tendon!?
i am assuming that it is in fact my achilles tendon that is bothering me!. It gets sore about 2 miles into my run!. The bottom part of my calf (towards the ankle)!. What are the best ways to stretch it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It's kind of a hard place to get a good stretch, but if you pull your foot up towards you, that's probably where you'll feel it the most!. Any calf stretch would also help!. Even if you don't feel the stretch directly in the tendon, it's still good to stretch the muscle it's attached to!.
You could also try putting ice on it and massaging it to help with the soreness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stand facing a wall
put your hands on the wall with one foot closer to the wall then the other!. The foot thats farther away stretch and point toe!. Then without moving rest of body, push foot down so heel is touching ground!. This should stretch your calf muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi Alex,
you don't need to stretch it, you need to strengthen it!.
You've not given me enough detail for me to be specific but you need a shiatsu practitioner to help you remove the weakness!.

Blessed be!.

no no no my friend, don't mess with that, see your Dr asap!.
If you pull it or do serious damage to it, you'll experience a pain like you never knew possible!.

see a Dr, don't play around the that at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont try to stretch it yourself,
my friends was bothering her, so she tried to stretch it out and she tore her achilles tendon and had to have surgery!.
see a doctor,
dont try to do this on your own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
