Question: I have lower back pain from football, i had it for almost a year now how do i get rid of it!?
it all started when my coach threw me a ball and i caught it awkwardly and my lower back started to hurt and i wasnt really paying attention to it but then it started to get bad were it was hard to walk after games so i need help becasue i dont want to be in the same situation for the upcoming season becasue i want to be a runing back and i need all the help i can get please help pleaseWww@Answer-Health@Com
