Feeling great I got up at 9 had a cup of tea went to the beach swam for an hour walked up n down the beach had to much sun came home had a cool shower, had coffee went out n had lunch went to the shops had a sandwich and now here, bed in 10 mins as work tomorrow!. How r u !?Www@Answer-Health@Com
