Question: I Have a sudden pain in my neck and can't move my head to the left!. Waht should i do!?
Icracked my neck early this morning and now i'm not able to move my head to the left!. My dad says that i tweaked a muscle in my neck!. is there anything i can do to help it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could go to an urgent care clinic!. They might give you a muscle relaxant and a pain reliever!. Or, you could see a chiropractor!. I LOVE going to a chiropractor!. They can sometimes make something about 70% better after the first visit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
