Orthostatic hypertension aka dizzyness/head rush?!

Question: Orthostatic hypertension aka dizzyness/head rush!?
Whenever I stood up or moved quickly, I used to black out, go blind, fall over, my head would spin loads and I'd feel really disorientated, it was the most horrible feeling I'd ever had!. Then it went away and I was really happy, but now it's come back again, I think it may be because it's summer!. I haven't changed anything like water intake/diet etc!. I try thinking about getting up 10 minutes before standing up when in school so I don't get it, that sort of works, but not enough!. I don't think I get it outside in the fresh air!. Sometimes it can actually feel quite cool but i get it really bad and feel out of control over my body, which I hate! Also, something really weird, I used to not be able to breathe or move when I woke up which made me panic until I realised how to breathe/move!. I'm quite freaked out about that! I haven't got it at the moment but i am worried it will come back with the head rush!? Please please help me! It's really hard to live with!
Thanks for answering!

It does sound like orthostatic hypotension (notice it's hypOtension, which means your BP drops dramatically when you stand up!.)

The way to fix this is to sit and dangle your legs for a few minutes before standing!. Stand slowly, and make sure there's something to lean on in case you need it!. If you feel dizzy, sit back down so you don't fall down!

And be sure to drink plenty of water so you don't dehydrate yourself this summer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

FYI: its HYPOtension!.

try getting up slowly!.!.!. first sit up in bed, then sit at the bed's edge, then slowly stand up!. Caffeine helps too!.!.!. like a coke, or a cup of coffee!. it's not that unusual in lean young adults!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
