What are good ways to fall asleep easier?!


Question: What are good ways to fall asleep easier!?
when im tired I read and all that happens is I waste time and im awake even more cause of the light!. If I watch a movie or go on the computer I just waste time would some one please tell me like a new age album or somthing I can sleep on or!.!.!.ANYTHINGWww@Answer-Health@Com

First take a cool shower, it will lower your body temp, and relax ou much more than a hot shower!.!.!.!.

then drink a glass of green tea/mixed berry, if you prefer, diet, no sugar!.!.!.!.and make sure it is chilled really well, this really does relax you alot!.!.!.!.!.leave the lights off, no books, and no TV, watch the difference!.!.!.!.you will go to sleep!.

also, turn your covers back and the sheets get nice and cool, have a fan close to the bed on medium, the sound of the fan will help bleep out all sounds and you will get drowsy faster, dark and quiet!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

oh, don't drink warm milk before going to bed, unless you want to be up every hr on the hr to go potty!.!.!.!.!.!.!.it stimulates your kidneys and will keep you awake, as the tea does not!.

Yes!. First take a warm shower and then drink a warm glass of milk, then go to bed and shut your eyes and count backwards from 100 to 0 and that could make you sleepy!. Good luck!

my opinion I would drink a warm glass of Milo with plenty of warm milk it helps you to relax otherwise slip into a hot bath it helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
