Question: Why are MRIs so expensive!?
I went to the doctor and he said he thinks I tore a ligament in my wrist and wants me to get an MRI!. Then I asked how much that would cost and they said about $1000!.!.!. what the hell!? Why is this thing so expensive!?
What if they don't find any torn ligament, do I get my money back for the doctor being wrong!? Because I think it's bullshit that they would charge so much for something like this when they don't even know for sure if it will help me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Good question! They say it's to pay for the cost of the machine and the power used and the operators and so on!.This is like toll bridges!. They say they charge the toll to pay for the cost of building the bridge, but then they keep on charging long after they paid for it!.This is one of the reasons for the high cost of healthcare in the U!.S!.-greed!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't know why it's so expensive, but it doesnt seem fair that you wouldn't have to pay just because it didn't solve your issue!. Do you have to pay if your STD tests come back negative!? Do you have to pay if you do terrible on your SATs!? They rendered a service to you, and you pay the price of the service, regardless!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well im an aussie and we have free health care so its free i would hate to live in your country only because if you get sick you have to pay what a shame you guys should look at how we run our country !.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
