Question: Whats the best way to recover from calf muscle cramps and a corked thigh!!?!?!?
Been running around all day on the football field (Aussie rules)!.!.!. started cramping up in my calfs in the last few minutes of the game and copped a nice corky in the outer part of my right thigh!.!.!.
What's the best thing to do for a fast recovery!.!.!.!. should I be stretching out tonight or should I relax and rest it!?

Continue hydrating and oh baby,!.!.!. stretch it out a bit, yeah I know, breath through it, hold your breath in a good 7 seconds for your entire body to get the full benefits atleast for 20 minutes!. Then relax! Let me give those sore and tired muscles a rub down,!.!.!.and try some of this pineapple,!.!.!.

I had that happen about six miles into an eight mile hike, and it turned out that I had been sweating heavily and run a lot of salt out of my system!. Ten minutes after eating some salty beef jerky and mixed nuts, the cramps went away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Drink some water with maybe about a teaspoon of salt or so in it!. That or some gatorade!. Then just rest and relax for a while to let your body replenish its lost salt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
