When I do rigerous exercise (netball) I get these overwhelming pains in my right!

Question: When I do rigerous exercise (netball) I get these overwhelming pains in my right hip!. What is wrong!?
Answers:
You might have irritation to the bursa!.!. called bursitis in the hip!. although i think you would feel that all of the time!. It def!. sounds like some sort of joint, ligament aggrivation from the hard exercise you're doing!.

Maybe make sure to stretch real well before your game, try icing it afterwards and see if this helps!. Take something like ibuprofen for the pain and if this keeps happening, maybe see a doctor about it just to find out why this happens!. You could have some arthritis there from an old injury perhaps!?!?

It could be sooo many things!!

Stretching is always a good thing!.!.!.!. because most injuries and pain comes from lack of effective stretching and warm up!.!.!.

I have no idea what netball is! But im sure it's fun!.!. just take care of the painful area before and after and that should help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't know what netball is but if this is something that you just started, it is not unusual to experience some kind of joint problem when new activities are started!. It does sound like some level of stress is being exerted on the joint especially if netball includes jumping on a hard surface!. Warming up and stretching prior to and following the activity might help!. Also offloading as much stress off the joint as possible while engaged in the activity and following it might help!. (checkout www!.360footcare!.com for a shoe with built-in springs called Spira)!. If the problem is related to joint alignment then a good arch support in the shoes will push the joints( knees, hip, back ankles) into better alignment!. Gel cushions and stuff like that from the drug stores are not firm enough to force resistance to align the joints!. See the same web site for good firm supports!.

Hope this helps and good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
