Pains in my knee........?!
Question: Pains in my knee!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
i have pains in my left knee!.
when im sitting down, it hurts below the knee cap!.
but when im walking, it hurts on the right side!.
and i cant really keep it straight or bent for a long period of time!.
im supposed to be going to my aunts house, shes a physical therapist!.
does anyone know whats wrong or what i can do for it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Since women have wider hips for reproductive purposes, it causes an greater increase in the angle at the knees compare to men!. Having pain in the inside of your knee usually means there's a hip misalignment that further increased the angle at the knee!.

as everyone tells me it depends on what type of activities you have been doing!?
My right knee has been hurting!.!. and it all started when I woke up!. no physical activity!.
You may just have some sort of reumatizms!. or something like that!.

Sounds kind of like an ACL or PCL problem!. Those are two ligaments located under your kneecap!. It could possibly be a tear from an injury!. I'm no doctor, but!.!.!.!.I hope I can help!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
