I'm no doctor, but stress might be the cause, numb feelings and sleeplessness indicate it has got to do with your nerves!.
if u had constipation beforehand: Try eating food with more fibers, like Brown bread instead of White, and things like Pasta, nuts, its good for constipation (i hav it from time to time)
I would contact a doctor, dry eyes is something that doesnt happen that often!.

Are you taking any medication!? Those sound like anticholinergic effects!. (That is, possibly side-effects of something you're taking!.) Even certain over the counter stuff could do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
