Question: Tongue pierced 3 days ago, sharp pain under tongue!?
i just recently had my tongue pierced, obviously, and everything seems to be going normal, but i have an extremely sharp pain on the right side under my tongue!. it comes and goes, and i have been cleaning my mouth with H2ocean mouthwash a lot, so i don't think it's an infection!. i was wondering if anyone's had this problem before!? it also seems as if something is swollen, like a nerve!.

When the tongue is pierced "nerve endings" are broken and often pain will result from a combination of nerve damage and brusing !.!.!.!. dont worry it will gradually get better!.!.!.just keep washing regular and try not to show too many friends what you got yet (Keep it tucked away for a while and let if relax like its on holiday)Www@Answer-Health@Com
There is a possibility that your body is rejecting the foreign object that is embedded in your tongue!. I suggest that you have them removed first and observe if the pain goes away!. If not, then you better go see a doctor!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i have me tounge pierced so honestly!.!.its normal!. my tounge was swollen for the 1st week!.!.not being able to eat good food sucked!. lol!. dont worry, you just got it done! in a few days it will be all better!. take some asprin or something!. hope i helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
