I know what you mean by this!. I currently have a completely torn ACL after my kneecap dislocated!. It's popped out once since the injury!. Once your knee pops or you injure yourself, you are more likely to get injuries related to it!. I would revisit the doctor and see if it's possible to get an MRI!. I would ice and elevate it and see about getting a knee brace, too!. A lateral J knee brace would help with that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My knees pop from time to time when I walk!. One time it hurt so bad I dropped what I was carrying and cried!. I'm not sure what it is, maybe our joints are not aligned!. I am going to see a doctor and I suggest you do the same!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You should go to the doc they will more than likely send you for a MRI!. It sounds like you may have a torn ACL or cartilage!. Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
