Question: My arm hurts what do i do!?
well it started last November throwing the football threw it to much and my arm has been hurting sense well it hurts my back, my neck my shoulder all the way down to my hand my hand feels tight what do i do, do i need surgeryWww@Answer-Health@Com

something like this is happening to me!. i went to a doctor that deals with sports injury's,(i play softball) it turns out that i have chronic inflammation in my muscles because i'm putting to much strain on my shoulder!. all of this happened because some of my muscles in my shoulder/back have stopped working!. i am going thru physical therapy now!. i would suggest icing until you can get to a doctor and get further help from there!. good luck!! oh! and you will probably need to get an MRIWww@Answer-Health@Com
You must go see an orthopedic doctor!. It sounds like a good chance you have a rotator cuff problem or a SLAP tear!. Obsolutely you should get in there immediately!. They will need to do an MRI and see what exactly is going on and to officially diagnose for insurance!. Then they have some treatments depending on what is going on to ease it up such as injections but I am betting if it is hurting into your back, neck and shoulder and down into your arm that you did it really good and yes, you probably need a surgical procedure!.
