Question: Pain in foot, REAL BAD HELP!?

On my foot there is no swelling, but when i touch it, it feels like a bad brouse, also it hurts to walk on, any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

compression bandage it tightly no matter how much it hurts
elevation keep it higher than your head

Well I think you should elevate your foot and ice it!.Try this for a day or two and then if you still can't walk on it then go see a doctor because you may have sprained it!.
