Extreme knee pain?!


Question: Extreme knee pain!?
This morning i woke up to sudden pain in my knee and that was some of the worst pain ever, and i couldn't get comfortable, i couldnt get up,so i finally took some tylanol and it went away!. now its past 9:30 and all of a sudden my knee started hurting so bad, it felt like someone grabbed the bone and pulled it out of my skin!. take some oil, in india we call it gingly oil, apply on your knee!. slowly start massaging around knee cap!.gradually apply pressure around knee cap!. do it on both knees for about ten minutes!. in the morning and in the evening!. slowly it will subside!. within a week you will be free from pain!. it will be better somebody else do the massaging!. after that you can do it once a week to avoid recurrence!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to see a Doctor for an examination and xray!. In the mean time put ice on it, elevate it and take ibuprofen as directed on the bottle for pain and inflammation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

does it pop!? My husband has cartlidge that has torn lose and fliped over, it;s normal wear and tear over the years!. Now there going to do a scope in two places of the knes requring 2 stiches and it wil be removedWww@Answer-Health@Com
