Question: Do i have a puller or strained tricep muscle!? 10 points for best answer!?
Ok so i haven't done any weight lifting in about 6-7 months and yesterday i think i overworked myself!. i was doing some bench presses and i felt like i had enough!.!.!. when i was done my arm really hurt but i thought it was just sore from not doing it in a while!.!.!. this morning i woke up and it killed so bad!.!. i can't even bend my right arm past 55 degrees!.!.!. can u PLEASE help me out and tell me what i should do ar what would help me heal faster!.!.!. also how long does it usually take to heal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
As a nurse, we use RICE!. Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation to treat pulled muscles!. I would also recommend taking a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents such as aspirin and ibuprofen to reduce the pain and to improve your ability to move around!. You should feel better within 24-48 hours!.
