Answers:
make sure you ice it and keep it elevated for awhile!. That's good you have stayed off of it but it sounds like you need longer off of it!. RUnning on it will only aggrivate it more!.

Keep steetching it a little at a time to keep it from stiffening up and tightning up more!.

Make sure that once you start running again, that you are doing a good warm up and stretching before your main running to prevent pulling the muscle again!.

Sometimes using a ace bandage support might help you out once you start to run again because it might feel sore even when uou can start activity again esp after the time loss resting it!.

Ibuprofen will help with the pain in the leg but def!. stay off of it for at least a few more days, use ice and elevation and also heat !.!.!. interchange between the two !.!.!. you can try massaging the area some which might hurt but can also help relieve spasms and keep the tendon'muscles lenghtened !.!.!. you want to do long upward strokes!.!. up from your ankles towards your knees because downward strokes can increase fluid retension in the ankle!.!.!. also do some kneading in the muscle and sometimes using something like tiger balm, apsercreme, stop pain or one of the other topical analgesics can feel great!.

Ibuprofen!. Take each dose every 6 hours because they build off of one another!. Drink plenty of fluids and stretch calmly!. If you start running now you're only going to damage the muscle further!. It's like throwing gasoline on a smoldering fire!. That fire will cause a lot more damage in the end!. Using the muscle in excess will damage it further!. Hope this helps, stay healthy!.

Take a pain killer every 6 hours and get either a heating pad or ice pack and put it on your leg an hour before you go th bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

once it's pulled you can't do much except just stay off it as much as possible!.!.!. sleep A LOT!!!

but to avoid a pulled muscle, just stretch before AND AFTER a long run!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
