I can't get out of bed. Does anyone know why?!

Question: I can't get out of bed!. Does anyone know why!?

I woke up this morning feeling really sick and have a head ache!. Ive tried to get out of bed but just cant do it!. I was perfectly fine yesterday, especially in the evening when me and my friends went to the club but this has all come on suddenly!. Can anyone please tell me what is wrong with me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
