Sleeping Cycle?!


Question: Sleeping Cycle!?
I have a problem with my sleep!. Lately I've been working a little to much!. I sleep in the morning and do some paper works in the evening!.

I wanna make my sleeping cycle the normal way again!. "sleep in the evening, work in the morning"

But now that I'm free, I' m stick stuck with that kind of sleeping cycle!. What should I do to normalize my situation!? Please help me!?

You need to change your daily habits!. Set your alarm for whatever time you want your day to start, Eat something for breakfast, and find something to keep you busy, (your paper work), dishes, laundry, etc!. Don't take a nap, stay busy, and awake!. You may have trouble falling asleep, the first night or two, but if you stay on a set schedule everyday, you will soon find yourself tired at night, and ready for bed!. The key is to stay busy, no napping, lounging around, TV!. etc!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
