Why can't I get on disability?!
Question: Why can't I get on disability!?
my left knee has no cartledge and it's just bone on bone, I have to wear a steel brace on it or it will dislocate,have 2 stents in my chest,my right knee is getting just as bad,but I'm still being denied by our gov!.Is this a race thing!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have been denied after my hearing and the judge was horrible and rude!. I did wonder if race played a factor as did someone else only because he was so rude to me and mean!. He was sighing and cutting me off, etc!.
I have Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalga, myofascial pain syndrome, diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome, legally blind in my right eye, asthma, major depressive disorder and PTSD yet I was denied! I use a wheelchair 90% of the time!.!. blah!. Anyways, it happens a lot!.!. it's not just you!.!. my doctors are incredulous about it!.!.!. i waited over a year just to hear back from the judge which was insane and i think i only heard back ebcause i decided to write my senator about it and i got a deicison a week after signing the release to the senator!.
So I suggest writing your senator and getting a lawyer!. They have disability lawyers that dont charge until you 'win' and they can only take a certain percent!. It's politics!. Just ticks you off when there rre others getting it that seemingly have nothing going on!.
I often get told im disabled but not enough and too young and educated!. It's not like i dont want to work but i cant even get the insurance i need so they are letting me get sicker vs helping me!.!.!.!. sigh!.!.!. what can you do!?!?

you can't get disability because you are considered 'functional'
Post-cardiac surgery patients and knee or hip replacement patients can't get it either!. I had a hard time getting it because of what they consider 'functionality' I can still feed myself, wash and dress myself and move but am not able to work in my chosen field!. Keep trying!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best thing you can do is see an attorney who specializes in disability!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
