Question: I need help quitting smoking!!!!?
I quit smoking with both my pregnancies, but started back, Probabley from stress!. I know I need to quit for my children(I need to be around to raise them) but keep saying one more day!. Patches and gum dont help!. I know its all in my head, but that doesnt make it easier it quitWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, it really is in your head!. Because you have to want to quit more than anything you have ever wanted!.
I had a breathing test done by a general doctor (No charge, just an easy breath test)!. He said my lungs had aged past a 60year old ladys lungs!. Thats the day I threw away my pack!.
I probably had two more cigarettes after that!. I chewed the gum for a long time!. 2 years!. I smoke flavored cigars like once a month or every few months, but I do not inhale them!.
Excersize weekly, and I love having more air!. I still have breathing problems from all my years of smoking!.
Here is another idea: You do not just die from smoking!.
You get sick, you pay doctors, and you loose body parts in attempt to heal!. People who smoke just think they will just die one day!. That is not true!. Have your doctor do a breather test on you, then decide if your body is important!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just quit!. I did, more than 25 years ago-went from a pack a day to nothing with one flick of the wrist!. If you want to quit, make it happen!. You are stronger than those stupid, expensive cancer sticks, which smell disgusting, and which are bad for children to be around!. Quit!. Do it now!. One more thing-smoke a cigarette while standing in front of a mirror, so you can see how you look when you are smoking, and I guarantee you will quit immediately!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My husband who promised me he'd quit for 20 years, finally did using Chantix!. You might want to look into it!. Some people have weird side effects but he never did!.!.!.good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
