Foot problem--is there actually a serious problem?!
Question: Foot problem--is there actually a serious problem!?
First things first, I am a 17 year old girl and the bottom of my left foot has been twitching constantly at rest!. The twitches are strong enough to move my big toe and my little toe!. I exercise frequently, although my foot has never twitched this much!.
Recently, I traveled from San Diego, CA to Dallas, TX which was about a 3 hour flight, then I had an hour and a half flight right after that!. I didn't get up the whole time while in the air!. Could this be causing some twitching!?
I do plan on seeing a doctor if the twitching continues, and I am not self-diagnosing myself with the help of Yahoo! Answers, but I just want an idea!.
I'm not really worries about ALS, because I don't have muscle weakness or fatigue, except for the fact that the twitching has kept me up for a long time at night, so of course I am tired the next day!. I read this article:
