Question: What is the best way to get my sleep back on track!?
About a week ago, I went to sleep at 6 am and I slept all day then I stayed up again and I haven't been sleeping well!. I really want my sleeping back on track cause I hardly know what goes on all day cause I'm asleep most of the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are going to have to force yourself to get up early and be tired all day!.!.!. then at a decent time at night go to bed!. It will really be hard that first day and you are going to be so tired!.!. but don't nap!!

It's very easy to interrupt the sleep pattern, but getting back on track really isn't that difficult!. Just start going to bed every night at the same time!. If you can't get to sleep, try taking a warm bath, drinking a glass of milk, or just relaxing and listening to soft music (not raucus rock) and you'll drift off easily!. Then get up at the same time every morning!. That way you will eventually re-establish your sleep pattern!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you have to not take naps, force yourself to wake up early, by the end of the day you will be tired, but wait until your desired "bedtime" to go to sleep!. I heard it takes about a week to set a healthy sleep cycle!. Try setting your alarm clock across the room so you have to get up to shut it off, and then don't go back to bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i did it yesterday!. when you wake up stay up all day and go to bed at 8 or 9!. youll wake up at 5am but go back to sleep and stay in bed until 8am and there you go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
