Question: I need to find out what is wrong with this person, can someone help me!?
He is telling me that he can not sleep at night because he gets these noises in his ear and it keeps him up all night and this only happens at night not in the day time, he also says that he gets a toothace on his two molars and that he can not eat anything and it hurts him a lot I need to know what to tell him, he can not afford to be in the hospital so he just has to suffer all day with the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have your friend contact the nearest dental school and tell them you have no insurance!. Most dental schools have clinics that will treat people cheaply!. If this is an infection, it MUST be treated or it WILL get worse!. Other signs of an infection include swelling, throbbing, sensitivity to hot liquids (I speak from experience)!. If your friend has any of these symptoms, get to a dentist immediately!. TMJ, as one person suggested, could cause a similar pain, however, this is generally in the jaw, not the teeth!. TMJ is very hard to treat!. The noises is his ear sound suspiciously like Tinnitis!. This is a ringing in the ears that can be very annoying!. The reason your friend does not hear it during the day is that it is drowned out by background noise and becomes more apparent at night!. No one is sure what causes this, but some doctors believe that it is related to injury to the ear from loud noises!. It is very common in musicians and veterans!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I am not a doctor or expert, but just had a thought!. It sounds like from what you have written, that it happens only at night!. Does it happen only when he is laying down!? You also said that two of his molars hurt!. Maybe there is a connection between his teeth pain and these noises in his ear, since the two things are connected to eachother!.
A little helpful advice for his teeth is to rinse at least 5 times a day with warm salt water!. This will take any swelling down he may have in his mouth and help the pain!.
If your friend has an infection in his mouth from his teeth, he cannot wait to see a doctor!. No "If and's or but's" about it!. Believe it or not, an infection in your mouth can spread to your heart and kill you!. It is not something to mess around with!. Try to get him to a doc so he can at least get some antibiotics!. They are very inexpensive, usually not more than $10 for a script of amoxicillan or penicillin!.
