What is better to do, sleep for one hour? Or drink caffeine?!


Question: What is better to do, sleep for one hour!? Or drink caffeine!?
I have to take an exam at 8:00 am in the morning!. It is currently soon to be 5 o clock!. I've estimated about two more hours is sufficient, but I'm pondering on whether I should sleep that last hour or take in a RedBull!.

What would be better, sleep!? -cause then I would be in a sleepy state when I do the exam!.
Or caffeine!? -Would I like kill my health doing this!?

OR BOTH!!? Sleep + caffeine!?

Definitely sleep!.!.!. set your alarm if needed and give yourself an hour at least!. You will probably be a bit sleepy when you first wake, but you'll soon be back in full swing!. Drinking an energy drink will give you a sudden boost, but by the time of the exam, it will be wearing off and you are likely to feel much worse during the exam!.

i'll take caffeine, having just finished my exam!. If you are those people that can't function in a sleepy state then don't risk in caffeine, go sleep!. And if you are sure you can wake up after an hour sleep and straight away have your brain ready then sleep!. Only take caffeine if that really works on you, you wont take that everyday so I wouldn't think it will harm you much, 1 can red bull= 1 cup coffee!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would take a powe nap!.!. that usually gets you going cause you wont go into such a deep sleep!. then you have the chance of over sleeping and miss your exam just take a 15 to 20 min power nap!. then drink a power drink like redbull!. and good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

i think you should sleep, wake up, stretch(you'll be in a less sleep state exercise if you can, trust me it works), and have some caffeine!. This way you'd have gotten some rest AND wouldn't be sleepy when you do the testWww@Answer-Health@Com

SLEEP, defo!. If you have caffeine you will most likely fall asleep in the esxam when your body runs out of caffeine but if you sleep then you will at least ave some natural energy and your sleepiness will wear off during the test!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think sleep :) even if it is only for a hour!. energy drinks arnt good for you and they are full of sugar!. so just take a nap :) good luck with your exam :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest sleep it will refresh your mind for the exam and if your still a little tired grab that redbull!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
