Could be that you pinched a nerve in your elbow but it's more likely that you are vitamin deficient!. Since you say that you haven't hurt your elbow!. When you are vitamin deficient you body has trouble processing nerve impulses!. Instead they just hang out in one place and buzz!. I know this is true because I have Celiacs Disease and my entire left side was numb and or buzzing!. Turned out that I had NO calcium, No Vitamin D, No B vitamins!. My body was not able to hang onto anything that I was eating!. Now I am gluten free and take a mutli vitamin!. No more buzzing or dead left side!. So it can't hurt to try a good vitamin before you try drugsWww@Answer-Health@Com
HOW rude of the first person answer,,
Since you meantioned it is related to period Im thinking you need to increase B 6vitamin and magnisuim!. , cut back repeative use, Ibuprophen for any sweeling also!. if needed!. Be aware not to curl wrist up when sleeping!. or lay too long on that arm!. Sometimes a wrist splint is needed to avoid this!.lWww@Answer-Health@Com

that happens to me too sometimes!. You need to stretch more and be more active!. It could be a pinched nerve or a muscle that has tightened!. working out and stretching helps a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
