Sounds like a charley horse (a cramp)!. Most people get those sometimes!. Nothing to worry about, but if it gets worse, you may want to have a doctor look at it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you a smoker!.

Do you get good nutrition!?

Do you have any physical injuries

Are you overall healthy!?

Could be RSI, posibly an early sign of a spinal alignment problem!. (sounds a little like Sciatica)

Do you exercise your core!? This will prevent anything like that in most cases!

Next time, Try massaging the back of your sacrum (spinal part of your hips) Its pretty bony with plenty of nerves passing through and some light muscular structures over that!.

How does your posture look!. Do you have a very straight back or big curve in your lower spine!. Does your head slouch forward!.

Sitting is actually not that good for us, especially if you cross your legs!. Make a point of sitting with your big toes pushing lightly into the floor!. This aligns your hips and loads your abs!.

Try it its good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
