Your muscles need 1 rest day if their sore, other wise they wont repair themselves and you wont get stronger!. When you strength train, your muscle fibers rip, and if you dont let them heal, youll lose the progress because your body didnt "fill in" the tears!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dude! There is no fixed number as 100!. The thing is if you are a beginner going a few reps on the and going slow with these reps!. Make sure ur back and the neck are in a single straight line !. Going slow is the best way to do it,then increasing the reps number higher each week!. If you are getting pain in the joints then you should see a doctor if its the muscle its ok-becoz the muscles are not used to this type of stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your muscles don't build while they're working!. Work causes small tears in the muscles, and they repair themselves bigger than they started out!. Of course, this happens in the rest time between work, so you should definitely give them a day between workouts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yea but not everyday
maybe evry2 days
because its just sore muscles
but if its something serious your should watch out because it may harm you

but if its just sore muscles it ok

because doing push ups its possible if ur hands are to far awya from each other you could damage your back permanenty or temporarirly

need that 10 points*Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to take one day off in between working out your muscles, this is so your muscles can replair themselves from the tiny rips or tears that they sustain while working out!.

when they repair themselves they grow a little stronger and bigger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do a few push ups!. Rest!. Few more push ups!. Rest!. Gradually by gradually you will be strong enough so it won't hurt that easily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
